Payment Information For Your Design Project with Mind-Catching Design
Design quote & payment schedule
After our initial conversations and free consultations, MindCatching Design will give you a quote for the whole project. The fee is based on the initial project requirements that you've provided. The whole fee will be paid in installments along with the progress of the project.. Below is a typical payment schedule for a $600 web design project with a new client:
- Once you've decided to go with us, you're requested to make the first payment of $100 which will cover the time, effort and skill that we put in to develop the wire frame, site architecture and graphic mockup for your website. The amount will vary but will not excceed 40% of the whole fee.
- Once the graphic mockup has been approved, you will make the second payment of $100 for us to code the graphic mockup into HTML/CSS template. Again, this amount will vary.
- Once approved the HTML/CSS mockup, you will make the third payment of $200 for us to code and develop the whole website.
- Once the whole site is completed and approved and ready to go live, the last payment of $200 must be made before we transfer everything to you.
Payment methods
Payment can be made by Check, Money Order, credit card, or PayPal as below. For check or money order payment, please email for further instructions. If you are local in San Jose California or in the nearby cities such as Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Mountain View... cash may be accepted depending our agreement and arrangement.
Your online payment will be handled by PayPal, and MindCatching Design is PayPal verified, so you can be assured that your information will always remain confidential and secured.
