Payment For Your Design Project

Payment schedule

After our initial conversations, I will give you a quote for the whole project. The fee is based on the initial project requirements that you've provided. Typically, the whole fee will be paid in installments along with the progress of the project. The number of installments will vary, and sometimes I won't ask for payment until the completion of the project. Below is an example of the payment schedule for a web deisgn project:

• First payment: Before I start developing the wire frame, site architecture and graphic mockup.
• Second payment: Before I code the graphic mockup into a real web page template with HTML and CSS.
• Last payment: After the site is launched.

Payment methods

Payment can be made by Check, Money Order, credit card, or PayPal as below. For check or money order payment, please email for further instructions. If you are local in San Jose, California or in the nearby cities such as Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Milpitas, Mountain View... cash may be accepted depending our arrangement. Your online payment will be handled by PayPal, and MindCatching Design is PayPal verified user.

Briefly, PayPal is an eBay's company. By using PayPal, you won't expose your credit card numbers and other confidential/private information to online merchants including Mind-Catching Design. Lots of merchants now accept PayPal, so you can use it here and other places as well. You don't have to be a PayPal user to make payments.
